Is a deposit required? How much is it?
The deposit is €500 (except for the non-refundable rate).
Your deposit confirms your booking.

What is the difference between the rates?
The main difference is flexibility: our standard rate can be cancelled free of charge up to a certain date, while the non-refundable rate is cheaper but cannot be changed or cancelled.

What is included?
- colorful breakfast
- lunch
- afternoon snack
- buffet dinner
- non-alcoholic beverages from the buffet available all day (coffee, tea, cocoa, apple juice, etc.)
- access to all hotel facilities
- in summer: Guest card, free use of the Isskogel and Königsleiten Dorfbahn cable cars (from mid-June to mid-October)
- in winter: Use of the hotel’s own ski lift, one lunch dish at Seppi’s Hut (self-service area, beverages not included)

What are the cancellation policies?
- free cancellation is possible for all rates (except the ‘non-refundable’ rate) up to 1 month before arrival
- from 30 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged

When can we arrive? What are the check-in/check-out times?
As a rule, our holiday nests are ready for you from 3:00 p.m.
Of course, you are welcome to arrive earlier and make use of all the hotel’s facilities.
A lunch is included either on your arrival day or on your departure day – the choice is yours!

Is there an underground parking garage?
Unfortunately, no.

Is there a charging station?
Yes, hotel guests can use our charging stations for a fee.

Are dogs/pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the hotel.

What are the opening hours of the kids’ club?
- Summer: Sunday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.,
Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. - Winter: Sunday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.,
Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

From what age is childcare available?
We welcome our tiniest adventurers from just 6 months old. :)

Are bathrobes and towels provided?
Yes, in your holiday nest you’ll already find a cheerfully packed bath bag with cozy towels and bathrobes for the whole family. Time for some fun in the water!

Are buggies, baby carriers, and strollers available?
Of course! Buggies, baby carriers, and strollers are ready for little adventurers.
In winter, sleds are also available – all free of charge and subject to availability!

Can you go horseback riding with you?
Our riding program is currently on a break. But little horse fans can still have fun:
Cheerful pony rides await our youngest guests at the kids’ club!

Is there a petting zoo/farm?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a petting zoo or farm.
But the children can still enjoy cheerful pony rides with us.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?
You can easily create and purchase a gift voucher directly on our website.

What is the temperature of the pools?
Our indoor pool is a comfortable 31 °C, the baby pool a cozy 32 °C, and the outdoor pool a refreshing 30 °C
– perfect for splashing around and relaxing.

Is the outdoor pool heated?
Yes, our outdoor pool is heated in summer.
In winter, however, the outdoor pool remains closed.

Where can I rent bicycles? Are there child seats/trailers available?
Our cycling adventures start right at the hotel door.
Sportshop Kröller: offers e-bikes, child seats, and trailers for little passengers.

Are the hiking trails suitable for strollers?
Absolutely! In the five side valleys, strollers are welcome on discovery tours.
The trails are stroller-friendly and invite little adventurers and their companions to enjoy a leisurely hike.

Do spa treatments need to be booked in advance?
It’s best to book in advance, so our spa team can look forward to welcoming you and reserve your relaxation time.

Do you also offer swimming lessons?
Yes, of course! Our swimming lessons are perfect for little water lovers: playful, safe, and full of fun in the water.

Are yoga or Pilates offered?
Yes! We also offer yoga and Pilates, so your body and mind can relax just as much as you do on vacation.

We are traveling with friends. Would it be possible to get a table together?
We’d be happy to! Just let us know, and we’ll reserve a table for you and your friends so you can all enjoy your meals together (subject to availability).

There is a food intolerance/allergy in our family. How is this handled?
No problem! Just let us know in advance, and our kitchen team will create delicious dishes perfectly suited to your needs.

From what age can children use the Captain K Playworld?
The Captain K Playworld is suitable for children from 6 years old.
Younger adventurers are, of course, also welcome, but only when accompanied by mom or dad.

Do children need trampoline socks?
Yes, please. Non-slip trampoline socks are required for safe jumping in our trampoline area.

What are the opening hours of Captain K Playworld?
The Captain K Playworld is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. – plenty of time for lots of play, fun, and adventure.

Do ski lessons need to be booked in advance, or can they be booked on-site?
It’s best to book in advance to secure your spot in the ski lesson.
If there are still places available, booking on-site is, of course, also possible.

Do ski equipment need to be reserved in advance?
We recommend reserving your desired ski sets in advance: Sport Kröller

Is there an option to have lunch on the slopes? Is it included?
Yes, at Seppi’s Hut there is a delicious lunch dish, which is even included in the ski package (self-service area).

Do we need snow chains to get to you?
In the winter months, snow chains may be necessary in case of fresh snow or icy conditions.
It’s best to check the weather forecast before your arrival to be on the safe side.

Is the hotel located on the slopes?
Our hotel is not directly on the slopes. However, right next door there is a practice slope with its own lift, which is included for our guests.
The ski area is easily accessible by the ski bus, which departs every 15 minutes directly in front of the hotel.

Are ski passes included?
Ski passes are not included in the room rate.
However, they can be conveniently purchased directly at the reception.
