At Kröller, your vacation becomes predictable – for families ready for a holiday, there are (almost) no additional costs.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Want to get an earlier start? Feel free to arrive sooner and make use of our offerings! You can enjoy lunch on either your arrival or departure day, whichever you prefer. On your departure day, all facilities are available free of charge until 3:00 PM – only extras will be billed.
If you arrive after 8:00 PM, we’d appreciate a quick message so your stay can get off to a smooth start.
All-inclusive pampering board

What you don’t need to pack
The following items are already provided at our hotel, so you don’t need to bring them from home:
- In the room: kettle, hairdryer, shower gel and body lotion, baby bathtub, changing mat, bottle warmer, diaper bin, toilet seat, crib, bed rail (vaporizer available on request)
- For rent: baby bouncers, baby carriers, strollers and prams, sleds in winter
- In the dining area: bibs, spoons, high chairs, and baby seats
- For your stay: plush bathrobes and towels available for the whole family
- At the reception: slippers available for €2
- Baby care set from Hipp: wipes, care cream, and shampoo
- For purchase: diapers in various sizes, swim diapers

Dive into a colorful world full of fun, action, and imagination!
Our Captain K Playworld is the perfect place for little explorers—whether climbing, sliding, running around, or playing.
Here, children can be active to their heart’s content while parents relax.

Ski & winter sports
- Zillertal Arena Ski Area: 150 km of pistes for all skill levels and 52 lifts up to 2,500 m above sea level, spanning Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, and Hochkrimml
- Free ski bus every 15 minutes to the base station of the Zillertal Arena (5-minute ride, stop right in front of the hotel)
- Lunch at Seppi’s Ski Hut in the Zillertal Arena ski area (included in the room rate, accessible only via the slopes)
- Free hotel ski lift, snow-covered practice slope, and toboggan run directly at the hotel
- Romantic winter hiking trails into the side valleys and beautiful cross-country ski tracks in Gerlos
- 7 km toboggan run in Hainzenberg or 1.5 km toboggan run in the Krummbachtal in Gerlos
- Hotel ski rental and Kröller sports shop (for a fee): advice, rental, and sale of ski and snowboard equipment, ski service. Tip: reserve your ski equipment online in advance!
Ski school for kids
At Kröller, ski courses start as early as two years old. At Almi’s Children’s Ski School right at our doorstep, little ski stars learn their first turns—and beam with pride as the sun rises for the grown-ups too.
- Children’s ski paradise with 3 magic carpets, wave tracks, and carousel (usable only as part of the ski course!!)
The ski school and Kids Club team work closely together to provide continuous supervision.
